At the seminar, experts from Beijing, Tianjin, Fujian, Guangxi and other places combined with the spread of Mazu culture in different regions, expounded on the cultural characteristics, social value and effect of Mazu beliefs and customs, exchanged the practice of Mazu culture in "using culture to shape tourism" and "promoting culture with tourism", and put forward suggestions on giving full play to the role of Mazu culture and promoting the construction of the maritime Silk Road in the 21th century.
