The Anhui News reporter learned from the Anhui Provincial Department of Education that Anhui Province announced the "Implementation Opinions of the Anhui Provincial Department of Education on Further Promoting the Reform of the High School Examination Enrollment System" in 0 years, and there has been no new reform plan since then. "Cancel the primary four high school entrance examinations" is a misreading and rumor.

"Do you know that since the beginning of the new junior high school in Anhui Province in 2025 years, only language, mathematics, English, physics, Taoism, physical education, history, chemistry, biology, and geography have been withdrawn from the stage of the high school entrance examination." Recently, similar remarks have appeared in multiple self-media accounts and parent groups. For parents in primary school, it is directly related to what their children learn and what to take after entering junior high school. It immediately aroused great attention and discussion in the society. But some parents raised doubts, why didn't the official channel release such a major news? Is the message true?

With the doubts of parents, the Dawan News reporter asked the Anhui Provincial Department of Education for verification and learned that Anhui did not have this reform measure, and the news circulating on the Internet was untrue, all of which were speculation and excessive interpretation.

“教育政策需要一定的延续性，不会经常改革。”安徽省教育厅相关人士介绍，安徽省2017年发布了《安徽省教育厅关于进一步推进高中阶段学校考试招生制度改革的实施意见》，明确了初中学业水平考试科目为语文、数学、外语、道德与法治、历史、地理、物理、化学、生物学、体育与健康、音乐、美术和综合实践活动课中的信息技术等13门科目。但是这些科目的考试成绩如何计入中考总分，与高中录取招生挂钩，各个地市根据自己情况制定。

However, since 2025, Tongcheng City and Huaining County have reformed the scoring method of cultural courses. Before the reform, the two subjects of geography and biology in Tongcheng City and Huaining County were included in the scoring subjects, and the scoring subjects of the cultural course in the high school entrance examination were nine. After the reform, the scoring subjects of the cultural course of the city's high school entrance examination were unified into seven subjects: Chinese, mathematics, foreign language, morality and rule of law, history, physics, and chemistry.

As for why there are misreadings and rumors on the Internet such as "canceling the primary four high school entrance examinations", relevant people believe that it may be that some time ago, Beijing announced the cancellation of chemistry, biology, geography, and history in the 2025-year high school entrance examination.
