同为中部大省,湖南今年汽车产量亦增长迅猛,1—2月汽车产量达到22.78万辆,同比增长235.49%,排名由去年全年第18位大幅提升至全国第8位,首次进入十强阵营。

湖南进位,最大动力正是新能源汽车产量的提升。今年1—2月,湖南新能源汽车产量达到14.41万辆,超过去年全年,位次也由第15位提升至全国第4位。

Zhang Xiang believes that the development path of "leading traction + precise policy adaptation" in Hunan and Henan provinces shows that non-traditional automobile provinces can also achieve corner overtaking of the new energy automobile industry by binding head enterprises and policy support.

With the rapid rise of rising stars such as Hunan and Henan, the central provinces have occupied as many as three of the top ten provinces in the country in the production data of automobiles and new energy vehicles from 2 to 0 months this year, which has a scale effect.

In Zeng Gang's view, due to the high cost of land and labor in the eastern region, BYD and other car companies are actively building factories in other regions of the country outside the headquarters. Many factors have come together to make the new energy vehicle industry in the central region grow rapidly.

However, on the other hand, there are also voices pointing out that Hunan and Henan are highly bound to BYD's single car company, and there may be a problem of brand dependence in the future.

In this regard, Zeng Gang said that the scale effect and run effect of automobile brands are obvious, and a region dominated by a single brand is a common phenomenon all over the world, and it is also reasonable from the law of industrial development. Of course, local governments need to do a good job of risk monitoring and intervene in advance of possible risks.

Compared with Anhui, Hunan and Henan, the development of the new energy vehicle industry in Hubei, which is also in the central part of the country, is not satisfactory.

今年1—2月,湖北累计生产汽车15.98万辆,较去年同期减少6万多辆,排名全国第13位,被挤出汽车十强省份行列。同期湖北新能源汽车产量仅5.36万辆,明显低于安徽、湖南、河南等省份。

今年初,《安徽省新能源汽车产业集群建设2025年工作要点》明确提出,加快构建智能网联汽车标准体系。围绕自动驾驶感知、开放道路运营管理、AI大模型、人机交互、车联网量子安全通信等,开展标准研制工作。根据安徽“十四五”汽车产业规划,到2025年,力争全省汽车产业产值超过1万亿元,省内企业汽车生产规模超过300万辆。

河南则围绕龙头企业不断完善产业链。今年2月,一场关于中原新能源汽车供应链生态建设的会议在在郑州航空港区举行,27个汽车产业链上下游企业落地,涉及电池研发生产、汽车零部件制造、智能网联技术、汽车租赁等多个领域。2025年河南省政府工作报告还提出,今年将支持比亚迪、上汽、奇瑞、宇通等企业扩量提质,力争整车产量200万辆、新能源汽车140万辆。

而根据《湖南省汽车产业发展规划》,湖南力争到2025年,汽车产量突破150万辆,其中新能源汽车100万辆以上。
