Recently, the second phase of the expansion project of Fuzhou Changle International Airport, jointly undertaken by China Construction Fourth Bureau and other units, has made important progress, and the new T2 terminal has completed the metal roof and curtain wall closed water node, marking that the project is about to enter the terminal interior decoration construction and mechanical and electrical installation stage.

The closed water of the metal roof and curtain wall of the terminal refers to the completion of the roof rainwater isolation of the terminal building to realize the functional construction of wind and rain protection, which means that the internal decoration and mechanical and electrical installation of the terminal will no longer be affected by the rainy weather. From a bird's-eye view from the air, the overall appearance of the terminal building is fully revealed, and the metal roof, glass curtain wall, roof skylight and other "wearing clothes and hats" projects are basically completed.

福州长乐国际机场二期建设25万平方米航站楼,28座登机桥与之相连。主航站楼金属屋面分为上中下三层,包含铝镁锰直立锁边屋面板系统、金属装饰板系统、采光天窗系统及屋面天沟系统等,形成了错落有致的视觉效果。

In terms of materials, the aluminum-magnesium-manganese plate used in the metal roof has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, and the whole complete roof panel is used, and the single aluminum-magnesium-manganese plate is up to 72 meters, and there is no cutting, weld splicing, etc. in the middle, which reduces the problem of the joint gap of the block plate, increases the occlusion force between the roof panel and the main structure, and increases the wind resistance to a certain extent.

整个T2航站楼一共使用了2万块玻璃,其中屋面天窗使用玻璃约11000块,由2万平方米光伏一体化超白钢化中空夹胶玻璃组成,透光率达90%以上,最大程度引入自然光,隔离紫外线,为旅客提供最佳的光照度、舒适度。

不仅如此,屋面天窗集成光伏发电系统,通过14000平方米太阳能板与6000平单晶硅光伏同步工作,年发电量预计达2400万度,相当于节约标准煤约9600吨,减排二氧化碳约2.4万吨,可满足机场10%的用电需求,飞行区车辆设备可不用“一滴油”,实现“自发自用、余电上网”的低碳目标。

据介绍,航站楼玻璃幕墙面积达10万平方米,用到约9000块玻璃,采用Low-E中空玻璃及智能遮阳百叶窗,夏季遮阳率超59%,降低空调能耗6.21%。采光顶引入自然光,配合室内光感调节系统,做到“光”尽其用,当阳光强烈时,灯光会自动变暗或者隔一组开一组,在阴雨天气时又能自动提升亮度,既减少人工决策的工作量,又能更灵敏地应对不同的光照条件,做到实时、精细调节。相比固定时间开关模式,这种方式实现节电35%,全年可节电200万千瓦时。

In terms of building seismic resistance, the project designs the seismic performance of steel structure components from the aspects of seismic fortification category, fortification intensity, and site conditions. In view of the frequent coastal typhoon environment, the curtain wall adopts a single-layer two-way cable flexible structure, which is fixed with high-strength aluminum alloy cable and wind-resistant clamps. The design has been verified by the 17-round wind resistance test, which can resist a super typhoon of level 0, and at the same time, the rigid expansion joints are used to resolve the temperature deformation, ensure the air tightness and water tightness of the curtain wall, reduce the splicing gaps, and enhance the overall stability.

福州长乐国际机场二期扩建工程建成后,将助力福州长乐国际机场跨入“双跑道、双航站楼”时代,预计年旅客吞吐量达到3600万人次、货邮吞吐量达到45万吨、飞机起降27.7万架次,打造国际大型枢纽机场、海上丝绸之路的门户枢纽机场,为福建省扩大高水平对外开放、推进经济社会高质量发展注入新的强劲动力。(张婷)
