本报北京4月6日电 (记者亓玉昆)记者从国家消防救援局近日召开的新闻发布会获悉：实施电动自行车安全隐患全链条整治行动以来，每月每百万辆电动自行车火灾数量由5.6起下降至2起左右，电动自行车亡人火灾得到有效遏制。

去年5月至12月，全国共发生电动自行车火灾9175起，造成6人死亡、15人受伤，同比分别下降46%、90%、87%；今年一季度发生电动自行车火灾1863起，造成1人死亡、3人受伤，环比下降12.4%、75%、66.6%。

为了缓解停放充电供需矛盾，住房城乡建设部门组织推进既有小区增设电动自行车充电设施，自然资源部门督促新建居住项目同步按标准配套建设充电设施。目前，全国53万个住宅小区已有24.5万个按照要求完成充电设施建设；新增充电端口2400余万个，累计达到3610万个。

通过以旧换新，存量风险隐患逐步消减。截至3月底，全国已有5.7万家销售门店参加电动自行车以旧换新活动，实现交售旧车、换购新车各386.1万辆；各地已设立老旧锂电池检测回收站点5139个，回收报废锂电池64.2万块。各地公安机关健全登记管理制度，完善登记项目采集上传，优化创新登记服务模式，加强登记业务监督管理。
