 4月8日10时06分，随着西干渠进水闸闸门开启，奔腾的黄河水将沿百余公里干渠，在贺兰山东麓洪积扇边缘北行，横贯青铜峡市、永宁县、银川市区、贺兰县，直抵平罗县，润泽109.6万亩农田和7处湖泊湿地，托起34万亩酿酒葡萄黄金产业带。

春灌是土地过冬后“喝”的第一口水，对春播作物按时播种和越冬作物及时返青至关重要。“今年灌区部分地下水灌溉改为黄河水灌溉，作物布局也有调整，因此自治区水利厅分配的水量比去年增加了1100万立方米。当前，我们优先保障湖泊湿地补水和葡萄、经果林、枸杞等作物的供水。”西干渠管理处灌溉管理科负责人介绍，每年用水高峰期，西干渠都会面临上游水位低灌不上、下游水太大要退水的问题。今年供水管理将更加精准精细，遵循“先交后用、交够再用、适度从紧”原则，妥善安排好支渠轮灌、大小水轮灌，合理安排干渠中低水位运行时的用水需求，保持用水量的稳定。

Standardize scheduling procedures and dispatching instructions, dynamically adjust the water supply plan, and strictly prohibit over-increasing water levels or over-opening the gate and large flow operation. The reservoirs, wells and rolling bell mouth reservoirs will be included in the unified dispatch to achieve complementary water volumes, abundant storage and dry use, and joint commissioning and joint supply, and promote the accurate allocation, accurate measurement and precise irrigation of agricultural water supply, so as to ensure the balanced benefits of irrigation areas.
