“来家七(吃)饭喽!”一句乡音浓郁的吆喝，让詹满琴的抖音视频单条浏览量突破10万+。她将直播镜头对准农家灶台、山间果园，用乡愁故事为农产品赋能，吸引大批游客慕名打卡。2024年，她接手红星村桃源里民宿，带领“60后村花团”开发乡土体验项目，将电商流量转化为乡村旅游资源。为提升团队技能，她积极申请15万元创业贷款升级设施，并组织员工参加人社部门举办的民宿管家培训，探索“电商+文旅”融合发展的新路径。
