The Wudang Mountain Scenic Area Administration, the Wudang Mountain Special Administrative Region Public Security Bureau, and the Wudang Mountain Special Economic Zone Forestry Bureau jointly issued an announcement prohibiting outdoor activities such as hiking and rock climbing expeditions in the Wudang Mountain Scenic Area without authorization. Since 9/0, all units (groups) or individuals are prohibited from entering the unopened areas, uninhabited areas, core areas and buffer zones of unopened cultural heritage sites in the Wudang Mountain Scenic Area without authorization, and carrying out outdoor activities such as mountaineering, rock climbing, hiking, crossing, exploration, photography, camping and other man-made activities. At the same time, the masses and tourists are welcome to supervise and report, and once verified, certain rewards will be given to units and individuals who provide clues.

There are many unopened scenic spots in Wudang Mountain Scenic Area, which has the characteristics of complex terrain, changeable climate and poor communication. In recent years, some outdoor sports and adventure enthusiasts have entered or solicited or organized to enter the unopened areas of Wudang Mountain Scenic Area without authorization to carry out mountaineering, rock climbing, crossing, exploration and other activities, and there have been many incidents of travelers getting lost and trapped. At the same time, there are illegal behaviors such as mining rare protected plants, harming wild animals, and destroying the ecological environment, and some travelers smoke in the wild, light fires for heating, and have a picnic to the fire protection of cultural relics in the scenic spot and forest fire prevention, which is difficult to rescue in the event of an accident, resulting in property losses and waste of social resources.

In order to further strengthen the safety management of scenic spots, protect cultural heritage, forest resources and geological landscapes, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property, relevant departments in accordance with the "People's Republic of China Cultural Relics Protection Law", "People's Republic of China Forest Law", "Public Security Administration Punishment Law", "Forest Fire Prevention Regulations", "Scenic Area Regulations" and other relevant laws and regulations, the relevant departments in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, do not comply with the requirements of the announcement, enter the Wudang Mountain Scenic Area without approval to illegally carry out outdoor activities or other man-made activities of the unit (group) or individual, Causing forest fires, damage to cultural relics, destruction of landscape vegetation and topography and other consequences, in accordance with the provisions of the "Hubei Provincial Scenic Area Regulations", ordered to correct, and imposed a fine of not less than 5000 yuan but not more than 0 yuan.

对阻碍景区工作人员依法执行公务的,由公安机关依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》规定,处以警告或者二百元以下罚款;对故意违反景区管理规定,给景区救援执法带来巨大的、不该有的人力、财力、物力等公共资源成本,对于组织者、邀约者从重处理;情节严重的,处以五日以上十日以下拘留,并处五百元以下罚款。
