In order to help the high-quality development of elderly care services in the new era and new journey, it provides strong talent support. By the end of the "15th Five-Year Plan", the proportion of elderly care workers who have obtained vocational skill level certificates has reached more than 80%, and the number of other elderly service skilled talents who have obtained vocational skill level certificates has increased significantly.
