Recently, the launching ceremony of the "Skills Illuminate the Future" series of training in Zhangzhou City was held in Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College. At the ceremony, a number of schools signed school-enterprise cooperation agreements with enterprises.

据悉，系列培训活动将每个月定期举行，主要聚焦我市“9+5”产业集群发展需求，重点在食品加工、装备制造、电子信息、家居建材等先进制造业，家政服务、文化旅游、商贸物流等现代服务业，以及现代农业领域等方面，开展涉及一百多个工种的技能培训，着力提高培训层次，提升培训的针对性、有效性。重点面向有就业和培训意愿的农村转移就业劳动者、离校未就业高校毕业生、登记失业人员、就业困难人员等群体，推行“岗位需求+技能培训+技能评价+就业服务”四位一体项目化培训模式，推动培训和就业协同联动，促进劳动者实现高质量充分就业。
