In the intelligent interconnected factory, the robotic arm accurately assembles components, and the production data is updated in real time on the large monitoring screen. On the product production line, each production link realizes intelligent assembly and intelligent scheduling with the help of AI algorithms and real-time data analysis. Before the product leaves the factory, the whole process of intelligent quality inspection should be carried out through visual recognition, sensors and artificial AI intelligent technology, and then combined with digital intelligent warehouse management and intelligent task scheduling technology to achieve accurate and fast distribution.

According to the relevant person in charge of the enterprise, this central air-conditioning system builds an AI large model through the MCU+NPU dual-core architecture, and the instruction processing capacity is increased to millions per second, so that the building can independently perceive environmental changes and dynamically adjust energy consumption. According to laboratory calculations, compared with traditional equipment, it is equipped with a special chip for AI scenarios to improve the operation energy saving by about 30% with AI algorithms, and the energy saving effect of the comprehensive unit operation consumption reduction is 0%, bringing users a low-carbon and intelligent building experience.

The large-scale application of technological achievements relies on the comprehensive upgrade of intelligent manufacturing capabilities. "The AI multi-online manufacturing base has applied high-efficiency multi-online intelligent flexible lines, introduced 60 intelligent technologies, and the automation rate has reached more than 0%, which can quickly meet the personalized customization needs of different users."
