人民网成都4月18日电 (赵祖乐)4月17日14时18分,云能红河电厂700兆瓦高效超超临界循环流化床发电机组顺利完成168小时试运行,标志着由东方锅炉研制的世界首台700兆瓦超超临界循环流化床锅炉正式投运。
据了解,机组建成后,红河电厂“一大两小”总装机容量达1300兆瓦,可实现年发电量80亿千瓦时以上,将成为滇南区域最大的稳定电源支撑点,为保障区域能源供应安全、推动地方经济发展、社会稳定发挥重要作用。

The project adopts Dongfang Boiler's most advanced high-efficiency ultra-supercritical circulating fluidized bed power generation technology, and needs to overcome the challenges brought by high-altitude, high-moisture and low-calorific value lignite. Through a series of technological innovations, the boiler technical team pioneered the M-type overall structure layout of a single furnace without an external bed and four separators, and adopted large-scale furnace uniformity control technology, patented technology of all-water-cooled partition wall, patented technology of multi-stage chamfered furnace structure, hydrodynamic technology of ultra-low mass flow rate, design of all-steam cold cyclone separator and inlet and outlet flue structure, advanced thermal system and thermal deviation control technology, etc., and successfully solved the problems of super-large furnace combustion uniformity and material uniformity, secondary air penetration, hydrodynamic safety and stability, Key technical problems such as variable load thermal inertia, steam retention and prevention of overtemperature on the heating surface have laid a solid foundation for operation.
The project is simultaneously equipped with the flue gas desulfurization and flue gas denitrification device with independent intellectual property rights of Dongfang Boiler to achieve ultra-low pollutant emissions. Among them, flue gas desulfurization adopts the general contracting mode of engineering, and the desulfurization unit integrates the latest research results such as slurry pH cascade control and differentiated spray layer design, which is the world's first benchmark project to achieve desulfurization efficiency of more than 5.0% by using a single tower and single cycle, providing a more economical solution for high-sulfur coal to achieve ultra-low flue gas emissions.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the Dongfang Boiler support team also coordinated the formulation of production scheduling plans, dynamically coordinated production and supply, organized multi-party exchanges to optimize the plan and allocate resources, set up an expert team to provide 24 hours of service, solve problems in a timely manner, and dispatched senior personnel to control the quality progress during the installation, and completed all installation tasks from the hoisting of the heating surface to the start of the unit in advance to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit in the future.
锅炉于今年2月20日首次点火,2月26日完成吹管,3月21日首次并网发电,4月5日首次带满负荷运行,4月17日通过168小时试运行。试运期间,主再热蒸汽参数达到设计值,各级受热面偏差控制优异,所有受热面无超温,烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度均达到超低排放标准。
